Change and return policies

If any of our products have manufacturing defects, we will gladly reimburse or exchange it.

To proceed with the exchange or return of the product, you must contact us to logistics@petitvoyageur.com within 7 days after the purchase. For this, the product must be in perfect condition, have original packaging and proof of payment corresponding to the purchase.

We recommend checking the condition of the products at the time of reception and before signing the proof of delivery in order to avoid potential inconvenience.

* Note: reimbursements will be made according to the same method of payment used in the original purchase without the cost of shipping and handling.

Any change and / or return of the product must be made by presenting the purchase receipt with original packaging and labels.
